Entrance hall leads to an open plan dining room, lounge with indoor fire place, library, dining room, kitchen and informal dining area. A large scullery/pantry is located off the kitchen as well as a tastefully decorated tv room. A number of double doors open up onto a patio for entertainment and onto the large garden and pool. There are three bedrooms downstairs, the main king bedroom with en-suite, second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom can be set up with a single or double bed. There are two family bathrooms, with one shower.  The fourth bedroom with own bathroom is located on the second level of the home. Back up battery so the home is not affected by loadshedding.

Low season winter: 14 April – 14 September: R8,500 a night
(7 night minimum stay) (Peak season rates will apply to Easter weekend and minimum stay will be required)

Mid season summer: 14 September – 14 December: R10,500 a night
(7 night minimum stay)

Peak season summer: 14 December – 14 January: R16,500 a night
(7 night minimum stay)

Mid season summer: 14 January – 14 April: R12,000 a night
(7 night minimum stay)

Additional costs
A refundable breakages deposit of R20,000 is collected by credit card prior to arrival applies to all bookings

We charge a post cleaning and linens fee of R1,000 and an admin fee of R400 on all bookings that is paid with the balance of payment.
